We keep our platform fees extremely low, as low as 0%, so that more donor money goes to your mission (which donors also appreciate)!

As a leading donation platform, Infinite Giving partners with Stripe for payment processing of ACH/credit/debit to deliver funds directly from your donors to you.

Nonprofits should apply for a reduced Stripe fee which is typically 2.2% + $0.30 per transaction and 0.8% for ACH with a $5.00 cap per donation. To do so, contact Stripe at nonprofit@stripe.com using the template below:

Subject: Request for Nonprofit Stripe Rate

Body: Hi. We are a registered nonprofit and are contacting you in order to receive the reduced Stripe fee of 2.2% + $0.30/transaction. Our organization's EIN is [ENTER EIN or attach IRS designation letter]. The primary email address associated with the account is [ENTER PRIMARY EMAIL ADDRESS]. We confirm that greater than 80% of our payment volume will be tax-deductible donations. Thank you!

Organizations who do not submit for nonprofit status with Stripe, will pay Stripe's standard rate of 2.9% + $0.30/transaction for credit/debit. For more information on Stripe billing fees, see here.
