Please follow the below instructions to transfer recurring donors within Stripe for your Infinite Giving account:
Account ID of recipient account: (look up in Stripe -> Connect -> Connected Accounts -> Account Name -> Account Information -> ID)
1. Share customer data with the recipient account:
Please log into your Stripe account and navigate to the Customers page.
Click Copy customers.
In the Copy Method field, click Copy all customers.
Enter the account ID (
acct_xxxx) of the recipient account and click Continue. If you have not previously shared customers with this recipient account, you will receive a message stating that the recipient needs to authorize your request before the copy occurs.Click Confirm.
After successfully sharing the data with the recipient, you can see the pending copy request at the top of their Customers page.

2. "Export" the active subscriptions
Once the step above is complete, please "Export" the active subscriptions by following the steps in this article "How to export Stripe subscription data" which includes step by step instructions with screenshots.
Please send export including subscription amounts for each customer to support@infinitegiving.com
