November 17, 2025 — Transfers page improvements

We've made the Transfers page clearer and easier to navigate. The page is back to being called Transfers, account details now clearly show whether you're looking at an external bank account or an Infinite Giving account, and two new tooltips give you more context — one showing where a transfer is in the process, and one explaining the transfer type when you hover over it.

November 22, 2025 — Holding allocations

You can now see each holding's percentage of the total portfolio directly on the Holdings page, making it easier to understand how a portfolio is allocated at a glance.

December 11, 2025 — Designations for stock gifts

Donors can now select a designation when submitting a stock gift, giving organizations more control over how gifts are directed.

February 4, 2026 — Clearer account activity and returns

Two improvements to make your account easier to read. Activity descriptions have been updated and icons added so it's more obvious what's happened in an account at a glance. The Returns tooltip on the Account Summary page now explains how the calculation works. More improvements to performance and activity visibility are on the way.

February 9, 2026 — Closed accounts

Small but useful: closed accounts now appear at the bottom of the account list by default, so active accounts are always front and center.

April 7, 2026 — New donation widget

A significant update to the donation experience. Highlights include real-time stock and crypto pricing at the moment of pledge, support for multiple tickers or CUSIPs in a single gift, fractional share support for mutual funds and partial positions, and crypto giving with the option to enter either a dollar amount or a specific crypto amount. Financial advisors can now complete donations on behalf of clients directly. The widget has also been rebuilt on a modernized architecture for better performance, and international addresses are now supported for organizations that collect address information.

April 23, 2026 — Checkout improvements

Payment methods on the card and bank checkout now load collapsed rather than defaulting to credit card, making it easier to see all available options including ACH. A bug affecting the default payment method in Share Campaign has also been fixed.

April 29, 2026 — Platform updates

A few changes this release: the document center has moved, and customers on donation-only plans now have access to their account statements. Account numbers have been added to filters for easier searching. Address settings can now be configured at the campaign level. We've temporarily removed the some integrations while we investigate a reported issue — we'll share an update when it's resolved.

May 13, 2026 — Brokerage-specific stock transfer instructions

Donors now receive transfer instructions tailored to their specific brokerage. At launch, 15 firms are supported across four pathways: donors at supported online brokerages receive step-by-step instructions for completing the transfer inside their brokerage platform; donors at Fidelity and Schwab receive a pre-filled transfer form to sign and submit; donors working with a financial advisor receive instructions written for the advisor handoff; and donors at all other brokerages receive the existing general instructions. More brokerages will be added over time.

The pledge form has also been updated to clarify that fractional stock shares cannot be transferred charitably, though mutual funds can. Language on the confirmation page has been updated to direct donors to the transfer instructions in their email.
