How to Update Your Receipt Message

Enter your custom Acknowledgement message

1. Log in at Infinitegiving.com
2. Go to Campaigns
3. Select Giving preferences 
4. Enter your custom Acknowledgement message
5. Click Save changes

You can personalize the message that appears on the donor’s tax receipt after they complete a gift. This does not change the IRS-required format — it simply adds a custom thank-you message from your organization.
